I phoned at 777 helpline to register complain about slow 4G service. They gave me this application but this application says that your device can’t be registered. Why it can’t register apple devices

You are the biggest telecommunication company in Pakistan and you app doesn’t even support the right aspect ratio for new phones i mean its a shame on iphone 11 pro it look like i am using iphone 2 or even older
