Thank you for attending the request so quickly and making sure everything was in the best shape with the AC units. I really appreciate it!!

Bug that won’t let me login

Normally this app is great and I have no issues with it. But recently, I logged out and wanted to log back in because I moved apartment units and wanted to log into my new apartment’s account. However, I got stuck at the login screen, and no matter how many times I entered my password (which I know is right), it won’t let me login. I can’t even forget my password and change it, because it always says my new passwords don’t match, when I have MADE SURE they did. Please fix, as I cannot use the app at all right now.

How to bypass login screen.

If you’re getting stuck on the login screen with the greyed out continue button try tapping around the bottom half of the screen.

You’ll know you’ve hit a button when a grey shaded box appears. One of them should help you move past the “Continue” page.
