Love it!! Play it all the time ,

So dissatisfied with the lack of support

This is incredibly annoying to all Mac users that JBL wouldn’t allow us to properly use the headphones we paid a lot of money for unless we have windows operating system. I’m dumbfounded how they can’t make this application universal. All you can do is update these headphones you get absolutly no access to the features of your headphones if you use Mac. It’s so outrageous that in the product description of the headphones you buy it doesn’t state that you won’t get the same capabilities as windows operating system. Personally if this doesn’t get fixed I will never but JBL again, which is incredibly sad because I’ve purchased many wireless speakers and headphones from them that work great with my iPhone. JBL do better

This app is pointless

I have a pair of "JBL Quantum 810 Wireless". They are super annoying. Once or twice an hour, they will turn my speech into a screeching noise that I can't hear, but the people I'm talking to can, and I have to turn these off and on again.

I want to upgrade the firmware to see if that helps, but on every computer I connect to, this app says "Device Not Found!" "Make sure your device is connected to the usb port". I've tried this on two macs now (and one windows pc), and numerous usb cables. SMH.

No support for Mac OS

This app will only update the headset and itself. It does nothing else. Why in the world JBL chose not to support anyone using Mac is anybody's guess. I'm extremely disappointed that the only way I'll be able to use the full functionallity of my headphones is if I have a microsoft computer. I likely will not buy JBL in the future due to their lack of availability for other platforms and I will not recomend them for the same reason.
