Twists and Turns

Not as easy as you think, but who wants easy?

Potential

There doesn’t seem to be an easy way to get to support of some kind to even ask, so I have to write it here. I was enjoying the game until level 20…there doesn’t seem to be any possible way to move beyond 4 or 5 moves and you can’t make any kind of match. I’d like to know if it’s even possible to do it without using a color destroyer. I don’t have enough coins to get one and I need to beat the level to get more coins…so I’m feeling like the game is set up to manipulate me to spend money. Which I absolutely will not do if that is the case. You should be able to beat levels without a booster or make it so both boosters can be attained from ads. It is a new game so it could be a glitch, maybe others have used the booster so they didn’t notice, maybe all 4 people who I had try and do it are just as clueless as I am…I don’t know!
If it is possible to beat it without boosters, then it would be good to know. There’s no support (if I have to search and search, you should make it easier) so I just won’t be playing. Looks like it’s new so maybe I’ll check back to see because it does have potential to be fun.

I beat Level 119. Why are you making me play it again?

This is really not fair and I’m not happy. I’ve been playing Jelly Jam for awhile now and I LOVE IT! Occasionally I get stuck on a level for ages, but I eventually figure it out. Once before, I had to buy some extra coins to get more moves, but normally I finally figure it out. However, recently I got stuck on Level 119 and it was really impossible, so I bought 1200 extra coins for $8.99 (!!!). It took many moves but I finally beat Level 119 after using extra coins to get rid of one color. I was so relieved to be through that level!

Imagine my distress when I open Jelly Jam the next day and guess what???!! It’s still on Level 119! Why???? I feel like you stole my $8.99 only to make me play that level again. Help! What can I do?
