Game keeps closing, unable to play!

I am very disappointed that it is impossible to contact the games creators to report a problem. I made an in game purchase but it never finished processing the purchase and I am no longer able to make further purchases because the purchase I tried to make a month ago is still in the process of completing. Any attempts I have made to them for help come back as undeliverable.
Issue with purchases
Issue with purchases. I get a prompt that a purchase is in progress and will not allow for me to purchase extra lives. Please fix with bug.
