I’ve been using Jeni’s app for almost 2 years! Jeni not only encourages you and makes workouts fun—she also has deepened my understanding of the mind body connection and my form is better because of it! I now make sure to check in to make sure I am respecting my limits and never feel guilt if I need to modify. She clearly has a passion for fitness and teaching. Her cues are so spot on I can just listen to her the whole time and know exactly what to do. She’s always adding new workouts in different modalities, different time lengths, and the app’s amazing organization makes it easy to always find what you need. It’s completely accessible for all levels too! No matter what my day is like I can always find something that fits my needs that day. I am SO grateful Jeni!! Your enthusiasm, instruction, and motivational style help me get on the mat most days of the week and I always leave the mat feeling happier and stronger.

This is an amazing workout app. Jeni is an expert in anatomy and it’s obvious she keeps safety in mind when creating her workouts. Her energy is contagious and helps get me out of bed or take a midday workout break when I really don’t want to (LOL). There are so many types of workouts and time levels for when I only have 15 minutes or 8 minutes to target my abs, etc. Once you’ve done the prerecorded workouts a few times, you can lower the volume and crank up your favorite music if music gets you moving. Jeni also has live workouts and even sends reminders via email that go to your calendar, so you can schedule and hold yourself accountable. Highly recommend this app!

I've done a lot of online workouts but I never stuck with anyone till I discovered Jeni. She always challenges you but also understands that every day and every body is different. She always has options for everything from wanting to really go hard to taking care of an injury to just having tight hips. The workouts are always creative and she really keeps it interesting- and there are so many options you could do a different one every day for months. I've already recommended Jeni to friends. Love her!

Work outs are extremely well designed and nicely varied and Jenni’s energy and enthusiasm are highly contagious. Work outs are super organized in different categories (timewise; style—pilates/strengthening etc...). I use this app almost every day—whether for a quick 20m strengthening or a longer 45 workout. Have recommended to a bunch of friends who all love it.
