Frustrating Verification Process
My experience with their verification team has been frustrating. Despite submitting all the required documents as per their guidelines, my verification requests have been repeatedly rejected for reasons that seem arbitrary and nonsensical. Each time I provide what is asked, I am met with another rejection citing a new, vague issue. This endless cycle of submitting and resubmitting documents without any clear guidance or transparency from the team is both time-consuming and exasperating. The customer service response has been slow and unhelpful, often providing generic responses that do not address my specific concerns. As a result, my ability to use the wallet efficiently has been significantly hindered. I hope Jeton Wallet can improve its verification process to be more transparent and customer-friendly, allowing users like myself to use the platform without unnecessary delays and frustration.
Crash
Hey, I’ve downloaded jeton the latest version and it crashes on my iPhone XS Max running iOS 13.3. The app crashes right away after it launches, I don’t know if the app doesn’t support my iOS version or my iPhone XS Max pls give me a response to my question.

Verification
I’ve sent proof of verification and they haven’t checked it in 3days. However, when I check with customer service they can look and tell me when my photo is not eligible but can’t verify it for me🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️.
