Puzzle Games: Jigsaw Puzzles 4+

There are so many beautiful, wonderful puzzles to choose from. BUT when I try to do one I become very frustrated. When I do a section, one or more pieces are not with the others so I can’t complete the section and the puzzle is frozen in place. Sometimes if I close the puzzle, then find it again and reopen it the missing pieces will be in the top left side of the puzzle and I can continue. Other times they are not there and I have have to find a new puzzle to work on until it has missing pieces.
Also, occasionally the puzzle will disappear and I’ll end up on my Home Screen. I have no idea why. I would prefer not to delete the app but don’t feel I have much choice. Please help!

Could we know if you prefer to arrange some of the puzzle pieces on the puzzle board first and then drag them to the correct positions? And could you please take a screen recording or a video regarding the issue of missing pieces you mentioned and send it to jigsaw@fungame.studio? So I’ve got several of these apps think you might be from the same developer because you’re very similar. But this particular one I have issues with I may be considered a little OCD and the sense that I like to put all my pieces together by type and by color before I start doing the puzzle itself this particular app when you close it doesn’t remember that so when I came back in this morning to start on the first puzzle innards all of my pieces were mixed up and I was like I spent hours putting them in order because I always do the highest number of pieces so I was quite frustrated and I thought to myself do I start over or do I just move onto one of the other apps that I have that are like I said exactly the same offer so I decided just to delete this app possibly I’ll come back to it. There are things I like about this app. It has a higher peace count and some of the other ones I use. I also like the fact of it has a black background option where I don’t think any of my other ones do I think there’s a dark gray but I don’t think I have a true black like this or not so that’s all I gotta do you know maybe they’ll fix it maybe they won’t but for now it’s a it’s a no for me.

Hi, sorry for any inconvenience. After quitting the game and returning, the pieces sorted out on the board will not be disrupted. But if you sort out the pieces in the scrolling bar, the order will not be saved after you quit the game. Why on earth would you develop an app for puzzle lovers and not make it functional for how those people work? You should not have to leave all of your pieces on the board to save their organization. Every puzzle person I know sorts their pieces according to some attribute, often color. The scroll bar of pieces should be included in the save feature. Anyone should be able to sort their pieces and be able to scroll to the section where they sorted a particular kind of piece as they work on the puzzle. This is logical and efficient. Having the pieces in the scroll bar not save their location is utter nonsense. The app was running slow a couple of different times, so I exited and came back to it only to find that not only did my organization of the scroll bar not save, but the last several pieces that I had solved and left on the board did not save either! I love the pictures included and how the pieces lock into place, but the lack of saving features is frustrating and I will go look elsewhere. There has to be another puzzle app that has better functionality for people who love putting together puzzles.
