New visitor notice

Your app is wonderful but I there is one thing missing which is the new visitor update or notice
Yes I think there should be a ring out notification when a new visitor or a visitor log into the website even when he/she has not started out a chat with the company owner if this is configured or added it would be a wonderful satisfactory experience to all user thanks

I have used almost all of the chat apps offered through WIX over the past 4 years. This, by far, has shown to be the best. I like having the automated replies, notification alerts and nice customization capabilities. I had signed up in Jan 2023, but delayed setting it up because the complexities of this app intimidated me so I dropped it until last month when I just pushed myself through its tough learning curve as I am not well versed in IT. The app is geared towards multiple users and teams. As a single user, I had to weed through its complexities to make a simple format for my biz. They do have a chat system, but oddly enough, their agents seem to be limited. I had a couple of ?’s and they were answered 50% of the time. Maybe due to time zone differences? Anyway, this is the best chat so far and am anxious to grow with it.

Great but missing some features

My company relies on this app and it's great for the most part, but I prefer the Desktop version to the app. On the iOS app it's missing some key features that are extremely useful and offered on the desktop like being able to create and view scheduled tasks.

It also doesn't have the same predictive prompts that you're offered on the desktop, but all in all the app is great and gets the job done at the end of the day.
