The aesthetics of the app are very pleasing and it’s fairly easy to navigate. Kudos to whoever designed the app!! I love the wishlist feature and the ability to get push notifications when an item I have been eyeing is back in stock. Now Jlux, all that’s left for you to do to make my experience perfect is stock more on size S of your items!!! Much love for this brand.

Love the Clothing in style, But unfortunately their website is not updated and after you already paid and you’re ready waiting for the merchandise, they send you an email days later if not weeks, letting you know that they don’t have the merchandise It has happened to me a bunch of times, and the website doesn’t even take responsibility, so you waste time waiting for the Clothing the never arrives or waiting for the money to be back to your bank account 😕. Are used to expend thousands of dollars In this website and I stopped because of that😒

Just like their clothing, appearance is great, but up close the execution is awful. I’ve read so many reviews on better business bureau saying customers didn’t receive help or didn’t receive their product, which is exactly what happened to me. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of action to help myself as a customer obtain a product that I paid for and ordered from them. It is a risk buying from them that you will receive customer care, accurate shipping timeline information, or your product. A risk I’m no longer willing to take. Will not be a return customer to Jlux label.

The brand, the style, and the app are the best. Just one piece of advice … in the product description section of each item, it would be great if the app could take us to the suggested item that is hyperlinked in the description box. It doesn’t jump to the item in the iPhone app. Otherwise, I love it all!!
