There are definitely some issues with this app, but the support team is great and are willing to help you and improve the app.

This app has provided me with the tools I have needed to really nail down the accuracy of our payrolls through timekeeping. The alerts help me to keep track of schedules, and the geofencing allows me to ensure everyone is where they need to be.

Has tons of features (clock in and out, QR code’s, bidding calculator, inventory management just to name a few) plus tons of reporting. It can seem a little daunting at first but they have an amazing customer support team!

Their customer service is great, they are very helpful and friendly. However, the app is not very good at all. The app and their website is very slow. My employees are constantly having to delete the app then re-install the app on their phones to be able to clock-in/out. Janitorial Manager is fairly cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.

Account managers showed me everything I am capable of doing using the app, and it has be all positive experiences from there!

This app is poorly designed. Always crashing, takes forever to load, constantly have to uninstall and reinstall in order for it to maybe work. Can’t believe my employer makes me use it. I’ve even heard the clients complain about this app. If you are a business owner, do not use this app. It is an embarrassment to use.

The pictures sent within the app are poor quality. Pictures are so important to communicate within this app so this issue is a deal killer. Also, the who’s working function doesn’t work properly which makes it difficult to keep track of your employees.

App is a complete and total failure if you’re planning on implementing this software make sure you have the latest phone out there with a great service provider (for signal purposes) also make sure you always have the latest software version on your phone with enough storage room or the app will simply not work. This app is a fraud and a steal.

This app is a great all in one software that has helped so much! Has great features from timekeeping to work orders!

The ease of use is great compared to other systems I have used.
