Good but needs a better way to confirm shifts

I like working through this app but it needs a better way to confirm shifts. It prompts you to confirm twice, once when getting hired and again shortly before the shift starts. The first time I have no problem with, but the is no actual way to confirm again, I have to hit decline and then hit confirm again. And when I have multiple jobs coming up and no visual way to see if a job in there needs reconfirmed, I sometimes miss the second confirmation prompt and get automatically removed from a shift that I planned on working and had already confirmed once.

Though it can sometimes cause confusion, we send reminders to confirm your shifts automatically (regardless of your confirmation status) three days prior to the start of each shift. This would be why you've received follow-up emails even after you've confirmed your shifts initially. Not the best

Great for side jobs, needs some improvement with app efficiency and ease of use. Lacks basic functions and limits the user from getting in contact with someone directly regarding jobble pay issues. The time frame in which you wait to hear back from employers can be discouraging and the questions can be extremely generic & pointless in my opinion. The way in which you are rated as a user is not something I care for and disagree with the approach to rate the user and have seen other job users receive poor rating for something they did not actually do a employer accused them of and ruined their employability. The user should be able to rate the employer not just it be a one sided option. The user should be able view any remarks or ratings given to them and not be something that’s only there to be viewed by jobble employers. Great for side jobs, poor rating system, no way to reach jobble, lacking a customer service phone number or point of contact. Issues with pay can be problematic with no real way to resolve them. So far out of 5 jobs I have completed I’ve encountered one issue with pay at the last job I completed. So that would be a 5 to 1 ratio of problems.
Still should not be experiences one should encounter without having a way to resolve issues or even information to follow on how to express your concerns & actually speak with a actually person can be concerning.

Be very cautious working with these folks!

I recently picked up two jobs on two consecutive days at the same convention, working for Great Events Colorado. The work was pretty standard event work: security-type monitoring of equipment, checking badges and wristbands at the door. I used the app to clock in and out, a timecard system that logs your location. After 11 days and still no payment, I reached out to Jobble. They responded 3 days later and asked me to fill out a form describing my supervisor, detailing my duties and whereabouts for each shift. I complied, giving them as much information as I possibly could. Two days later, I get a response saying that my payment claim has been denied. Even with timecard punches in their app showing my location and an exhaustive description of my shift, I was denied over $200 and essentially worked for free. I make a living doing gig work and have not once had an issue with any other app not paying. Slavery is illegal! My advice: either avoid these crooks completely or take hourly selfies during your shift.

Pick up shifts quick and easy

I have worked a few shifts through the Jobble app and they were great experiences. You still have to apply but it’s much quicker and easier than the typical process, plus the jobs that are posted hire for fun events that last a couple days but I also picked up a shift that resulted in repeat work for a company. It is what you make of it, and this is a great way to supplement income. But I also saw a new posting for a full time position so it seems they are making progress in the right direction. I am grateful that I had the chance to work the Black Light Event which turned out to be one of the most fun things I have done this summer and because of Jobble I was paid for working it. Last note is that they are really reliable when it comes to making sure you get paid.

Waste of time!

What a joke!! I’ve used many different gig apps and this one is a JOKE! 1 My Full-time job gets workers from this company when we didn’t even request workers so I am ordered to turn them away. 2. My wife and I have tried picking up a gig for the bubble run over the weekend but when we arrived at the “pin point” location we were standing in some random persons driveway! We were also told “in app details” we would have “free” parking just to let them know we are staff. We did just that.. and not one living soul knew who we were and turned us away. We continued asking 8 more people in charge but still no one heard of JOBBLE. Insane! The app doesn’t give manager details of who to report to nor a phone number to contact. We wasted time, money and gas! Basically I’ve seen how this company operates from both sides. mY company doesn’t like them and as a gig worker I don’t like them. Stay away! Try Bacon it’s amazing and takes pride in their workers.

A great app, for a great company!

There are a lot of companies and applications out there for the gig work market, and admittedly Jobble is not the largest, nor do they pay the most, nor do they give the best benefits, but they’re definitely my choice to work with. Jobble offers a variety of opportunities at a variety of different pay scales for a variety of different hour amounts. I first started contracts with Jobble the beginning of this year, and I will tell you that with Jobble managed events (typically the larger and longer conferences) there is opportunity to move up and with that there is opportunity to do great and enjoyable work with incredible people you will can make amazing connections with. Jobble

When I worked with this company about a week ago, from the very first day we were trained in a manner where it would have looked bad on us if we did anything wrong. They were very thorough and provided resources for us that would assist in any inquiries from guests and attendees. Sara and Jesi maneuvered things around for us to be as accommodating as possible when it came to roles and shifts. Our lunch was great especially considering not many companies provide your lunch. As far as pay it was submitted well before the 7-10 business days that we were advised. Working as a BA can be tiresome with long days but Jobble made sure we were well taken care of and I appreciate them for that.

Jobble

I love this app, it has really helped me keep money constantly coming into my account, they also don’t discontinue your profile for declining shifts as mostly all others do, which is horrible, people busy and hectic lives, very much appreciate jobble for that for most, if your payment is delayed and not arrived at its normal times during the week, you can simply email support and they will get right on it. The negatives aren’t even worth mentioning, keep up rhe good work, my bank account and my kids really appreciate it!🤛🏾✌🏾🙏🏾

A job simplifying app that makes things so much easier!

This app is great! It has all the info you need at the tip of your hands, whether it is addresses, phone numbers, people’s names, etc. and everything is in the exact order you need to do them. It is so easy to use. Unlike other apps, the information does not disappear after completing a step; you simply see what you have finished and see what you need to do next. Everything is organized very well. This app makes my job a lot easier and I love using it!

There’s better apps out there for gigs

Do not get caught up in not clocking in or out . Even if it’s the app glitching out or not allowing you to do so . Go out your way to let the company you did a job for know or let the jobble reps know asap. Even then it still might back fire . They won’t pay you at all and will find a way to keep every dollar made from you , im in a dispute right now with them and there telling me the company never sent the times I worked over to them , I give the company a call and the supervisor tells me he’s already put the times in and I was verified the beginning of the week. So at this point I feel that jobble doesn’t have your back , not like the bacon app or gigsmart .
