Great platform
Easy to use, platform worked well and was well organized. Definitely can see how this benefits both employees and employers Employers have an additional step to be able to pre-screen resumes it after a phone interview that allows them to see the body language and verbal responses of a potential employee without having them attend a face to face interview. Employees don’t have to travel and can complete on their own time. Perfect solution for virtual jobs!
Varsity Tutors
This was interesting as it was like being interviewed in person but I loved that I was able to do retakes for some answers that were not quite right! You can’t do that in person so it gives you the option to “look” better or sound better. Always like second chances!
The questions were very similar to what would be in an in person interview as well.
App is better than desktop
All of a sudden my desktop just stopped working. The app on my phone saved the day. Thanks for doing everything that you can to ensure quality virtual interviews. This saves the organization a ton of time and resources. I appreciate the ability to work remotely. I believe this is the future of most jobs.
