JOCO - E-bikes for Delivery 4+

i don’t usually write reviews, but this service deserves a bad one. Despite its flashy appearance Joco has a long way to go before they even come close to a competitive e-bike service like CitiBike. not only is it almost impossible to find an available bike, if is also extremely difficult to find a bike with more than a 1/4 charge. So after taking a poorly charged bike, with bad breaks and a wobbly tire, it ran out of battery in an area that was well within their designated vicinity map but way out of range of a their charging station. And instead of customer service helping with the situation they threatened a $250 pick up fee. The whole experience felt like an armature company trying to scramble a half baked business plan together for a few extra bucks. I will not use this service again.

Every day is a new madness, bad bikes, bad costumer service, bad batteries, don’t even wast your time
Even though I have 3 days left on my weekly pass , you can take it. Going to Whizz and going with all my friends that I have brought to JOCO.
I will check every day to see if you have deleted my review, if you do i will put it back. Scammers!!

This app is so good and the customer service is even better! So glad there is finally another option to get around nyc. The only issue is that I never want to get off the bike when I get to work!
