Almost Perfect!

Hot is not quite hot enough and Fire in Da Hole is inedible. It would be perfect if you could get the heat level right between the two. Thanks!

Good food, but don’t use the app

This app is so maddening. Love the food, don’t get me wrong. But from one human to another…just go there to order. The app will leave you rocking in the corner in the fetal position, questioning who is playing this cruel trick on you when all you wanted in life was some hot chicken.

And if someone who can actually fix it is reading this: on my phone and my boyfriends, it takes a long time to load *every* page (on wifi, on data, everywhere). It also doesn’t seem to be compatible with mobile devices? Like the format is bizarre and doesn’t ever seem to load right. But the most frustrating part is the clicking on one thing and waiting for 60+ seconds and wondering if you’re even waiting for anything…or did it just not register the click. My boyfriend got through the whole ordering process once and it did work…but it was not worth the 10+ minutes it took. We just drive there now.

Fortunately, we are working to make improvements to the ordering experience in the app so it is easier for you to order. These updates should be coming in the next few months. App is Very Poorly Designed

I attempted to make an online order for pickup earlier today on this app and had everything loaded up in my cart. But when I went to checkout the app told me I had to sign in once again. (I checked the settings and I was already signed in) At first that was no big deal, I went to sign in and entered everything correctly, but it would not allow me to sign in.

So I figured I must’ve entered my password incorrectly. I then clicked “forgot password” and entered my email. Then the app told me my email was not associated with any accounts. Which is impossible because I was literally already signed into the app with that exact email.

I ended up just calling in a pickup order so in the end everything worked out, but wasted a little bit of time. Hopefully the app gets fixed.
