What’s New

Version 4.0.8

New Features:
-Listing information tiles have been updated to display the street address of a listing instead of its city and state.
-After tapping in the search field, the keyboard now automatically displays – no longer requiring a second tap in the search field.
-Updated the criteria “Garage Required” to “Garage” to align with other criteria.
-App-wide font size has been normalized to improve readability.
-Listings now display “Undisclosed Address” when a MLS rule prevents displaying the address, instead of a blank row.
-The screen to choose between an existing Property Tracker assignment and a new entity has had its layout improved for clarity.
-The Property Tracker login screen now presents an email-formatted keyboard for easier input.
-The open house banner on listings has been updated to display a more consistent size on smaller devices.
-The map search header section has had its UI and colors improved.
-More buttons and fields have been updated to transition to Dark Mode.
-When removing an agent's branding from the app or Property Tracker account, a clarification dialogue now gives you a choice of which agent you’d like to be connected with before changes are made.

Bug Fixes:
-List views now properly update when listings have their favorite status toggled. Icons updating and listings being removed (favorites list) occur more reliably.
-A bug that could cause an agent's contact information to display when returning to the map has been corrected.
-The menu item to share a download link for the app has had its verbiage clarified to “Share App” instead of “Share.”
-A typo has been corrected to capitalize the c in 'Use Current Location'.
- Moving the map with a listing selected no longer reverts the listing's status icon to the default Google Maps pin.
- Tapping on the Continue button rapidly when logging into Property Tracker no longer crashes the app.
- Agent quick links no longer generate their own scroll bar.

*Edit 6/18* New updates makes app unusable

*Edit: missing info is back, app is back to being a great tool again thanks! Five stars*

App used to work great, very quick and the most up to date versus the competitors. However the newest update has removed price history, school district info, listing date, and other key items that now drive me to use competitor apps for the same, public info.
I hope this was a mistake, otherwise shame! There is no reason to hide public info like this; you will lose users.

Go back to the original!

You would think that a company would take the suggestions that they are receiving from their users and make changes. Literally something as simple as going back to the previous version would make all the difference. I’m using an iPhone and do not see in anyway that this app is “optimized” for my phone. You have 71 reviews and well over half are rating this app one star. Without even having to check I’m sure that most of those one star reviews showed up after the latest update.

Thanks for reaching out, and we’re sorry you’re having issues with the app update. The previous app version was outdated and could not support Apple’s most recent operating systems, hence the update to bring our app up-to-speed with the latest technology. We are rolling out new releases of the app often with various improvements, and we appreciate your patience during this period.

Love the new version

As first adopter of JLS home search I found the new version to be more user friendly and intuitive. The list feature, criteria buttons, ability to share on social media and map over view have been a big improvement. I love this new version—your clients will too!

Developer Response ,

Hi Reyna, we’re so glad to hear you’re enjoying the update. It was packed with a lot of great new features and refinements. You’ll see more improvements on the way as well!
