All the basic except external transfers

This app is perfectly fine for all of my needs except external transfer.

Reliable, useful

Writing this review because there are a fair number of negative reviews but they are mostly a few years old. I’ve been using this app for over a year with very good results. I use it to deposit checks, check my balance and recent transactions (eg, to see if a check I wrote was cashed or to see whether the check I deposited has cleared). It can show me an image of any check I deposited.

The app has been reliable for me, never a single problem. Maybe the folks that wrote the negative reviews two or more years ago will give the app another try, and update their reviews if the app now works well for them.

App down for maintenance , again??

When in WI, I enjoyed my local bank managers, customer service folks and the telephone support. However, don’t live in WI anymore and must use online banking ..or.., in case of deposits...the app. Yet it seems to be "out of service” for maintenance way too often. When will this be fixed?
