Description

After connecting Joinin Home to your smart device products in a few simple steps:
(1). Download our "Joinin Home" app in App Store;
(2). Register an account in our "Joinin Home" app;
(3). You need to have some Joinin Home smart devices in hand;
(4). Configure these devices in our "Joinin Home" app and change appropriate name for your devices which will be used in "Joinin Home Smart" skills;
(5). Control the work of smart devices through the Joinin Home app, such as: brightness, color, timing
(6). Now all setup is finished.

Alexa Skill Doesn’t Work
The color-changing Can Smart LED lights are beautiful in my 2nd story hallway, but like everyone has already reported, the Alexa skill just doesn’t work. I constantly get “device offline” or “server unresponsive”. Having to pull up the app to turn lights on/off or change colors defeats the purpose of a Smart Home. I’ll be returning these & going with Geenie.
Not easy to setup / run
I have nothing but difficulty running my security light using this app. I see the app found my light without any issue, but when I try turning on the light (or off) with just the app, the light does nothing (I’ve deleted the light twice already and reinstalled it, but each time I come up with the same issue. Trying to find any online documentation to help me is almost impossible.
Can’t turn on or off with app
Just as a previous reviewer said, I am connected, it finds my network, but I can’t turn the light on or off with the app. It works fine with motion detection, but would be great to use as a regular light also. It is hardwired to the peak of a sunroom and doesn’t have a dedicated switch.
