JOJI = Joy Of Joining In. JOJI-One is a grand experiment in global consciousness. Slowing down to take a breath of loving intention is the surest way to calm one's nervous system. JOJI-One takes that notion and expands it across the globe. Each participant records a 10 second breathing sequence that goes out to inspire others to do the same. Over time, millions of beautiful humans will begin to engage in a synchronized Joy Of Joining In - Breath-Giving Movement of Loving Awareness. Just the reminder this world needs!

Our lives all begin and end with breath. What we do with the breaths in-between defines us. This app elegantly reminds me every hour not only that we are all connected. But also that the core of who I am is more expansive and strong than whatever negative rabbit hole I find myself going down in a given moment. Download the app and start breathing with me, people!
