There’s a reason you buy here
Now I’m not gonna name, names. But when it comes to discounters and even other vendors/sellers on other platforms there’s always a question of authenticity. I’ve bought different fragrances on sale and off sale from Jomashop and I can tell you they’ve all smelled the same as in store. Now I have a few that I got elsewhere, a platform where there’s free one day shipping and let me tell you they don’t really vet there sellers cause I’ve gotten some that were clearly not what they were supposed to be. So believe me or not but when it comes to what products Jomashop has listed feel confided and comfortable buying from them ✌️✌️
Always order from them
Never disappointed, I have received everything on time and everything had been authenticated and is brand new. I misread the shipping time on one of my orders, so I called and the agent who answered the phone was extremely patient and explained to me the process and was extremely professional. I will forever come here first to all of my fragrances, especially the niche fragrances.
Just needs a few fixes.
Company representatives are great, company is good, but the site just needs a couple small tweaks. If an item is listed as “in stock” then it should really be in stock. Don’t have an item listed as available and in stock while simultaneously waiting on a certain number of purchases to occur before shipping. If someone buys something listed as in stock, it should be shipped. Also a few small fixes with browsing products are needed, sometimes while researching an item after clicking back to the items list I need to start all over again. It’s not a browser issue but a site issue.
