This website is by far one of the best grey market websites. There costumer service is impeccable. Once I had an issue with a bottle of perfume and they made the exchange for a new bottle simple and easy. If you want to use credit they offer Affirm. As long as you show you make you payment on time they will grant you credit. This is where I buy 90% of my perfume.

My favorite store since 1999

I've been shopping here since 1999. I have personally spent over $100,000 on JOMASHOP shop on watches sunglasses and now fragrances. I have saved so much money and have gotten some of my favorite things in the entire world. Thank you for creating an app where I can now shop in and even smoother fashion

Worst Customer Service ever

This customer service experience was extremely disappointing. Despite receiving my order with a missing item, I understand that mistakes happen. However, my attempts to contact them through various channels have been fruitless. I provided evidence of the missing item as requested, demonstrating my honesty, but their responses have been sporadic, with emails only arriving every three days. As a loyal customer who has made numerous orders and recommended their service to others, NOT ANYMORE, I expected better treatment.
