The Jonny On It app connects homeowners and Realtors(tm) to the service industry in real time. Each service professional in the network is business licensed, criminal background checked, and professionally licensed (when required). Each service professional carries general liability insurance of $1M+ and guarantees their work for 6+ months.

Jonny On It was designed to help homeowners complete whatever home repair work is required to successfully list and sell their homes, and for Realtors to collaborate with their clients. Realtors can provide their clients with a brokerage code that will enable them to utilize a broker-branded version of the app, and to utilize the Realtors preferred service provider (optional).

Additional features of the app include:
-Notifications of all job-related events, including vendor matching, scheduling, quoting, and job completion.
-An in-app messaging tool that enables the homeowner and vendor to communicate throughout the process.
-Before and after photos of the job (optional).
-A shareable record of the transaction and paid invoice.

1st timer :)

Amazing 1st time experience! Our main breaker had all of a sudden stopped working meaning we had no electricity. After trying to get several handymen and another electric company over... no one was able to come take a look until the next morning. Snow was in forecast, so I was trying to get the problem resolved asap. I found Jonny on it through Nextdoor. On a whim, I submitted a job. Glenn called me several minutes later, and asked for pictures of our breaker panel. He was able to troubleshoot with me before sending someone over. I spoke to Glenn around 2:00 pm and by 4:00 pm he had a crew at my house. Luckily, it was an easy problem to diagnose and fix (for an electrician). I would definitely recommend to others, and will use them again the next time I find myself in a pinch.

The BEST..

I was looking for someone to frame a door and tried the other home service providers with no luck at all, then someone referred me to jonnyonit , and it has been the best experience from beginning to end. My provider was experienced, professional , on time and all around great. The customer service is outstanding. When was the last time you received a call from the CEO of an app to make sure everything went smoothly? I highly recommend.

Extremely valuable

I downloaded this app at a trade show. I decided to use it for the first time for a post/pre move cleaning for my listing. After trying half dozen times to get my job request to submit with no success I reached out for support. I have never had a company bend over backwards to assist and resolve my issue like this company did. Chris and his crew were amazing. They got the app working for me in short order.

The service was scheduled and my sellers were more than impressed with the vendor. This is an app I WILL refer people to use... including my Broker! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This is a legitimate review and not a bot.
