Before Joola, I needed help saving money consistently, and I always wanted to spend whatever I had in my account. But with this app, it's become so much easier to save and forget. I love how the app encourages me to keep saving, and I can quickly join another group with my family when one group is done. Now, I have a healthy amount of savings in my account, and I don't have to worry about unexpected expenses. When I need to access the funds, it's so easy to withdraw money from my wallet. This is a great app for saving money or helping family or friends with some money, without any of the awkwardness that might come from actually dealing with the transactions or following up with people who maybe aren’t the most responsible or just plain forgetful.So far, I don’t have any complaints. The one issue when I was going through the registration process, wasn’t actually an issue at all and the support rep was super helpful about it! Also, they are open to feedback as to how they can make things better.

It's a nice concept for saving money. The signup took a bit longer for me because I had to upload my id. App is user friendly and fees not too high compared to credit cards. The last payout rewards is also pretty cool. I hope I can convince more friends to use it so I can create more groups.
