    I was in need of something to make it easier to collect information from customers for my custom apparel and promo business without having to do so much back and forth over text/phone. Paying and trying to create and design a website was a pain so this was THE PERFECT alternative. This app is super easy to use and has so many helpful features. I also love that i can edit the form anytime and it’s super quick & easy. I am so happy i found Jotform. I highly recommend!!!

    I like the mobile Jotform version because when somebody ask a question about their order online through our contact us page it goes right to the Jotform. It gives me notification right on my mobile and I can answer my customers quickly.

  • A game changer

    I have used Jotform for 4 years now. Previous to using this platform, I was drowning in paperwork. The process I was using to secure client order forms and service agreements was complicated and required too much on behalf of my clients. Jotform streamlined the process, has a much more professional appearance and ultimately made it easier to keep documents organized and retrieve at a later date, if need be. I refer all of my other entrepreneurial friends to Jotform! It is the only app on the market that I have found that has everything needed in one place.

    I rely on this app a lot but it’s buggy, it makes me sign in often. And after some time when I open the app I just get blank screen,Can’t see my forms or anything and no matter how many times I close the app and open it again I can’t get to my forms. I have to uninstall and reinstall completely to get the app to work, and navigating the site on mobile is a nightmare. Pls fix :(

  • Horrible App/Customer Service

    I unfortunately have to use jotform for work. wow is it horrible!!! i have had so many problems with the registration lists (registrations not showing up, people not being able to register, etc.)but the WORST part about jotform is the customer service.. you reach out and someone answers (usually with an answer no where near what you were asking about) and then if you need to respond a different person reaches out, which usually backtracks the process. can you call in and speak to someone? nope. i've been begging my work to find a new business and i'm hoping they finally listen.Update: the new mobile version took your ability away to put your list of registration forms in any order you want (alphabetical, newest, etc.) so it is now just in a random order. when i asked why this was taken away they said they would ask the developers and see if this feature should be added. how this business is still open boggles my mind

Tickets aren't assigned to a single agent, as that could cause delays if an agent is unavailable.For arranging forms in the mobile app, it's possible to sort your assets or forms by different orders, such as alphabetically or by creation date.     I use Jotforms alot, but there are a couple of things that really need to be added to the form capability. Currently, there is no "add to cart" feature/which completely limits what your customers can do in one transaction. For example, if they want to buy one shirt in a size medium, that is blue and color, and then they want to buy another shirt that is medium and gray in color, they cannot do it because they can only buy Medium in one color at a time. I have customers that have to do multiple transactions because of this limitation. If there was an ad to cart option, they could add what they want in one color and then come back and add another color in that same size. I'm not sure why this is so hard!!
