Journey Sleep Stories have become a part of my nightly sleep practice. At the end of the day, I can find it difficult to turn off my mind, the sleep stories give me a place to focus and allow the activities of my day to slip away. Sleep stories for grown-ups, a wonderous idea!

It's really great app with great content ! took me usually 1h to fall asleep but now I fall within minutes. I recommend strongly to those of you struggling with their minds at night 😴😴😴

Awesome design and a lot of various free content inside

I like their sleep coach - it's really easy to use, and it helps me to track my sleep and daily mood. Also the app gathers a lot of various sound content, some sounds like fan noice surprised me a lot
