Journeys Metabolic connects patients, providers, study participants, and health systems. The program assists providers by offering the support and guidance needed to make behaviors and lifestyle changes to positively impact Metabolic Health. Journeys Metabolic can be recommended by a doctor and serve as an extension of primary care into the home. Journeys Metabolic does not treat or diagnose medical conditions.

Users will have the option to utilize glucose meters, ketone meters, and our Proprietary Breathe Ketone device to collect personal data on the lifestyle changes they are making. This data is feedback to the user on how their lifestyle changes are impacting them and are not used to treat or diagnose. Users are instructed to check with a doctor in addition to using the app before making medical decisions.

Within the platform, patients receive daily content that's structured for long-term success, plus AI-powered food tracking, and customized macronutrient goals, focusing on a Mediterranean approach.
