Easy set up. Fast than other pay apps. Love it. Highly recommended

No luck

Stopped by a Journie station at a Chevron in British Columbia — downloading this app, which is in English, takes you to Spanish website thinking that I’m in Puerto Rico with no way to change your region.

I tried to filled out anyways, and then ran into an ambiguous error, along with what I assumed meant it’s not available in my region when I’m clearly standing in front of a station.

Was unable to charge at the Journie station as a result.
