Worst customer service when your product needs to be repaired

After sale customers services is one of the worst I experienced. They won’t help me fix the product within warranty. The response they gave me is they think the product doesn’t have any issues, but my product is not working I’m not lying.. I think simply because the shipping is expensive, and we are not in china. I’m so frustrated and there is no point to say anything bad if they have good service. Be aware buying stuff from here.

Can’t create account.

Very bad user experience when I tried to register as a new user. Either this failed or that expired.

This is by no means a new app. I knew it came out about a year ago. Can’t believe it still can not even handle new customers registrations after one year’s testing and update. An E-commerce App cannot handle user registration??? Such a joke JD.

First go to https://help.joybuy.com/help/question-list.html, then click on My account - registration and login - Why I can not register on the joybuy website? (1. You must use an email address that is not associated with another account. 2. Delete cookies in your browser or use a different browser to register.
3Check if the message is in the spam folder.). Please try again if the problem is still not resolved, please contact us at contact@jd.com and provide a screenshot. All the best to you.

Could not register by email.

Extremely bad app. The developer was not professional. Could not resister account. Even received the email it appeared expired ..... like others said . not a good app developer.
