Very helpful for stress and sleep

The app is well designed and minimalistic which I love. No complex programs or schedules - simple breathing exercises which you can do anytime and track. Even my kid loves it and I use it every night to help him fall asleep! I would highly recommend this for anyone.

Helps me sleep!

I use it every night before sleep. I use the sleep mode exercise with bonfire scene. It’s so soothing. I fall asleep in 5 minutes!!
