Electronic badge is finicky
Most times I use the electronic badge I am waiting at the entry point and it would either refuse to scan it or deny my card. After maybe a full 2 minutes of trying would it let me in.
App is terrible
Since the last patch was done. It’s showing that all seats are booked on my floor. I then uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I was then able to see desks available. I closed the app and went back in and it shows all seats are booked again. I have checked with a few others and they got the same results. With RTTO being pressured more and more and an app that is not reliable they might as well give us assign desks again. This is super annoying and the developers really need to focus on how to not break this app when ever they do a patch. This is just insane.
Timing Out
The latest version of the app requires that I register my device and input my full login credentials every day. This is very cumbersome. Does not seem like it’s been fixed in last few releases.
