The biggest problem I have is the lack of substitution that is available for foods. There have been more times than not that I do not have fish, beef, lamb, etc and would love to substitute for something else, but I cannot because I have to email support, and then wait for a response (as little as 30 min to as much as 12-15 hours). Also many of the exercises are listed twice on the same day of workout. And some exercises do not have video tutorials for reference or alternative exercises for the gyms that do not have certain workout equipment.

I'll start off with saying JRF's plan is not completely personalized. He'll tell you your macros, but the entire workout plan is canned. You'll go through a series of questions in regards to food likes/dislikes and injuries, etc, but the canned program doesn't adjust for these things. Also, when you do cancel, triple check they have processed it, and keep all documentation. I canceled, but they continued to charge me. JRF stated they never received my cancellation request. Then after being charged a second time, JRF told me they canceled my subscription, so I wouldn't be charged any further. Next day, JRF references my current membership, so they lied again when they said they had canceled it. I am not being refunded anything. This seems like a great deal for the $. It's not. You can download these canned workouts on any fitness website, and that way, you won't deal with the billing hassle. Do not recommend.

What more is there to say other than you’ll get real results. Instead of wondering aimlessly through the gym or the grocery store this helps create structure and a plan to help me get the results that I’ve been looking for, no more guess work, no more excuses why I can’t reach my goals, since starting I’m already down 83lbs and look forward to see what the future holds 😁💪🏻

I have done this before lost 10 lbs the first month then quit. But it has updated a lot and I love the new update.
