We’ve made several improvements to help you manage your programs more efficiently: • Added new filtering options on the Onsite Coordinator screen, including time range and program filters, while preserving the default view of all participants for a given day and season. • You can now view registration forms and waivers directly from participant profiles—if access is granted to your staff role. • Enhanced participant profile screen with additional details to give you better context at a glance. • Inside the Email Tool, staff with access to parent contact info will now see email address labels, so you’ll know exactly who you’re messaging.

We added a groups feature, so instructors who are assigned to subgroups from the dashboard can manage their classes by groups.

CICO Tool Access: The Check-In/Check-Out (CICO) tool is now available to all users with the appropriate permissions. You can now easily check in and check out participants directly from the app, just like you do in the dashboard’s live attendance report.

* An issue has been resolved that prevented participants with varying tuition fees from displaying on the program screen. * An issue has been addressed that caused the email tool to malfunction due to certain email addresses.

Added phone numbers for external registered participants.

We've added major internal changes that improves performance when loading participants and updating their attendance or dismissal status. Dismissal now also counts as checkout, so students will be automatically checked out as soon as a dismissal option is selected by instructors. The participant lists will now more consistently include all registered individuals, even those who have been added through offline or external registration.
