Is the Jump Rope app available in multiple languages?
No, currently it’s only available in English. But we are working hard on it to make it available in multiple languages.
Do I need any other equipment to do these workouts?
No. All you need is your jump ropes, this app, and enough space to jump no gym required. But for some CrossFit style workouts, you will need kettlebells and barbells which are optional.

Best App Ever
I got the free app first and started jump roping and OMG afterwards I absolutely had to get the paid version. In just 22 minutes I felt it was one of the best short workouts ever. My heart rate stayed in the orange zone for 20 minutes of the workout. I am also a runner and feel this compliments my running on days I can’t get out there. Thank you for creating such wonderful and reasonably priced app. It is uncomplicated and simple to use.
