Update: as of ver 2.9.9 the app is TOTALLY useless, as it will no longer connect to Bluetooth to pick up monitor readings. This is actually fine, since it was designed by a Chinese child with no access to an iPhone or even basic application coding instruction. What was nearly useless is now totally useless. Buy the Oxiline Monitor, use a basic spreadsheet in Excel or Sheets and don't even bother downloading this execrable garbage. Should not be allowed in the App Store.This app (V. 2.9.7) is absolutely awful. It is the apparent result of the barest minimum of coding and design effort. I bought the highly rated Oxiline BP Monitor (JPD-HA121) and mistakenly assumed it would have an equally good companion app. It does not.Asks for a password almost every time I open it. No support for FaceID or TouchID to make that less annoying. No setting to extend time between password entries. Wonky Bluetooth connection does not sync record times properly. Export of data is apparnetly not something they thought would be useful. Sharing options include "Google " which does not exist anymore. Mailing data inserts Chinese language characters in sender and subject and fails to deliver any usable data. Why bother?Get the monitor. Ignore the app, use a basic spreadsheet in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets and track your numbers manually. #AppFail

If there was any other app that worked with my BP monitor, I’d use it. If the app is opened before the cuff is in place, it starts inflating. Then the app has to be swipe-quit to use again. There is no way to export the data it records. I have to take screenshots and transcribe them. Same with the graph it records of the readings day-to-day. What looks like a “share” button generates an email with the URL for jumperhealth. The other shares are for Facebook and Twitter. Who would share their data on those media, if it even works?Some of the buttons are still in Chinese. There is no way to set the date and time on the BP monitor. It should be through the app but it isn’t. It records the correct time, but the readout is wrong on the monitor face.

This is a worthless App and the average 1.7 rating is really too high. It should be a zero stars rating. I can’t even register for an account even though I have followed all the instructions and all the trouble shooting instructions! I purchased the most expensive Oxiline BP monitor to get the Bluetooth capability with this App. None of the 82 pages of reviews mentioned the Jumper Health App so I assume none of the Oxiline users are using the App. False advertising. Horrible App that has known problems that are not being fixed.

The registration seemed to work fine but the instructions for use of the app are very poor. The connect to the iPhone Bluetooth was fine and fast and the readings were saved when you used the app to save them. But i found it hard to get from one screen to another and it definitely needs to interface with the Health App so that all information is in one place. That is enough to disqualify both the app and the Jumper JDF-500F P/O from being useful.
