The app that takes your hotel experience to a whole new level
This app is seriously awesome. I’ve never used anything like this while traveling. What a genius idea! You handle everything directly from the app which makes it so convenient. I literally did EVERYTHING on the app from the moment I booked to the moment I left. I booked my unit on the app. I checked in using the check in instructions on the app. I unlocked my door using the lock/unlock button on the app. I connected to the WiFi using my app. I adjusted the temperature in the apartment using the app. For any questions I had, I used the app to directly chat with their representatives. I can’t get over how convenient this whole process was. This app deserves more than 5 stars. If you’re looking for a easy, quick, simple experience, this is the way to go. I honestly don’t think I can imagine traveling any other way now that I’ve experienced it this way. Can’t wait to travel with Jurny again.

Future of boutique hotels!
This app is so useful and easy to book a place directly and see where else they have places available. There’s 24/7 online concierge and you don’t have to go thru the check in process like you do at most hotels. You can do everything yourself with this app like access your unit, WiFi, everything! I can’t wait to see where else Jurny buildings open up.

Zero Stars - Scam
If I could give an app and service Zero Stars, I would. And it doesn’t even deserve 0 stars. They should be giving me stars not to sue them. This is the biggest scam behind Bernie Madoff. From the old bait & switch, to boosting rates when interested parties express interest in finalizing contracts, to bold-face lying regarding availability after consistently telling me that we were good to go for a certain date at a certain rate, then conveniently the space booked the day we start to finalize the contract of a long term stay, even though it’s still available according to all platforms (airb&b, Zillow, trulia, hotpads, and, of course, JURNY). This is not the way you treat a client, and certainly not a long term one. No wonder no one has heard of them. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They need to significantly improve their service to compete with the likes of Sonder and AirBnB. Dodged a bullet on this one, and I urge you to as well. Update 5/27: they sent a response, but no call of course, to make it look like they were on top of things, but all they did was lie more. Good luck in Dallas, JURNY. You’ll need it.

We were humbled to know that you wanted to stay for the next 12 months in one of our units, however it was impossible for us to accommodate you as the unit you wanted was already booked during different dates of your stay.
