Great platform, the app needs work
This platform is great. It is easy to use for basic work but can also handle the details of more extensive playbooks.
The app needs work. Talking specifically about the football product, the app is underwhelming compared to the web based platform. It is hard to get in and out of concepts, images load slowly, and the ability to create material doesn’t exist.
Hoping the app will continue to improve.
Great App and Support!
First, JustPlay is a fantastic app for any team looking to gain an edge and be able to really gain a deeper understanding of their playbook! Along with that, I was having some technical difficulties and submitted a support request. Within 5 minutes a representative reached out to me via text and enabled me to access my account again! Overall I have been completely satisfied with the app, and moreover great customer support! Keep up the great work!!
