I only have one complaint

I love just salad. I think their options are so inclusive and delicious, my only complaint would be that I can’t customize smoothies on the app. I really love their almond berry blast smoothie, but I’m allergic to bananas so every time I go inside the restaurant I ask them to substitute it for pineapples but I didn’t have that option on the app. Other than that I would give them a 10/10.

Ordering headaches

While I always enjoy the salads and they usually come as I order them placing the order has become difficult. I used to order on line and there was a provision for reordering previous orders. This was very convenient especially when pressed for time or on the run Ordering on line is no longer available. It’s impossible to sign in. I now use the just salad app but there is no place on the form to view and or reorder previous order so I have to start all over again. Definitely do able but it would be nice to just reorder previous order sometimes Verdict still out on how well the app works Lately it’d be easier to just pick it up instead of wrestling with the app to work efficiently I’ll miss my salads but sometimes convenience is king. Sorry I hate to complain as I have enjoyed my salads in the past and when I actually had to speak with a customer service person they were very nice and accommodating

Defective iPhone app

Sometimes after launching the app, the saved credit card is missing - and your order cannot be processed. If you exit the app & relaunch 1-2x, each time checking the credit card section (to confirm a saved card exits before keying in an elaborate order), it will save you tons of wasted time later. Why, why does the app launch often with the credit card missing? This has got to be a defect. I do not leave it running in the background & have a strong solid network connection. It is as if sometimes at launch time the app can’t log-in (to the customer account) so it launches instead I’m guest mode (no history, no saved cards, etc).
