Joining Zoom meetings can be very painful. You're notified several minutes too early, you need to open your calendar, find the event, click on the link, go through a web browser redirection... And when you think you're in, here comes the password prompt forcing you to go back to your calendar event and copy-paste the password to finally join the meeting.
Imagine you can replace all these steps with a single click... This is not a dream, this is JustJoin!
JustJoin is a discreet app that connects to the Calendar app and monitors your Zoom meetings in real time. It is capable of finding the meeting number and password inside calendar events and display a notification at the right time.
You can even choose to be notified a few seconds or minutes before the actual start of the meeting, you will never be waited for again.
JustJoin is compatible with virtually any calendar providing service as long as you can configure your account in macOS Calendar app: Google Calendar, Microsoft Exchange, Apple iCloud, Yahoo!, AOL, ...
Don't worry about your privacy, your calendar data is processed by JustJoin app locally on your computer, there is no data sent to a server.
The developer of this application is not related to Zoom Video Communications, Inc.
This update improves the password lookup in the meeting events notes and fixes an issue preventing app windows from showing properly.

I'm currently a student, so I have many different zoom meetings each day. This app has made this entire process so much easier. It definitely takes a bit of time to set up your calendar with links to all of your zoom meetings, but I made sure I set my events to repeat each week, so it was a one-time thing. After that, I get a notification when my zoom meetings are starting, click the notification, and I'm in! So easy!
Awesome idea for an app!
It used to take me forever to join a zoom meeting. Now, it takes 2 seconds. This was reccomended to me by a friend and I absoultely love it. It took me about 5 minutes to set it up and it's worked great. All you have to do is make sure the Zoom URL is in the "notes" section of your iCal events. I have no clue why there are such negative reviews. I'm running macOS Big Sur right now and it has made joining zoom calls so much easier! Thanks!
Very very good
I'm annoyed by the bad ratings. Not only does this app perform its function well, but if you realize that a simpler an app appears to be, the better writtten it is, you realize this is a very well made app.
There are so many nuances that the developer has likely accounted for, making it do what it does seamlessly. It "just works".
I'm sure there will be new issues with Zoom and Calendar that will crop up in the future, which will need to be updated, and I'm happy to give the developer the benefit of the doubt.
Two feature requests: allow a 3rd party calendar app to be slecetd as default (e.g., Fantastical) and for the link to automatically open. I'll bet dollars to donuts that there are Apple restrictions the developer needs to work around, but I'd also bet it's do-able.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
