JW Time - Service Assistant 4+

I just started using this app and so far I really like it. I’ve been using an app for my call book for well over a decade. I would still be using my old app but it would appear that it stopped being supported some years ago, forcing me to find another. I’ve tried a few but found them cumbersome to navigate. I really like the layout of this app so far. Easy to see your calls, set reminders & alerts. I really like how each call opens right to a small map.
I did put in a request for a customizable field in the contact screen so a person could add something relevant that they want to be quickly reminded of when looking at an individual contact.
I hope this app continues to be supported for some time and doesn’t become too cumbersome.

Hello, this app looks pretty nice and easy to use. I just downloaded it but have not used it yet. I definitely like the maps section and variety of colored pins to see who has not been contacted in some time, or who has recently been contacted, etc. I would like to suggest maybe having a clock/timer, especially for the pioneers, so that we can keep track of our time. Overall, I am looking forward to trying out the app.

Thanks for the suggestion! Although I could add a timer functionality to the app, each person’s time tracking needs vary, some can’t use timers due to the nature of how they do service.

If I were to add a timer, it would want it to be the best experience possible. However, currently the default iOS clock app / Siri is the best timer experience. I recommend using this instead.

After your day is finished, you can simply input your time entry based your own personal time tracking preferences.

Simplicity is the art of design. I feel you’ve done an excellent job with the simplicity and clean look of your app. It has a lot of potential.

I really need the following features to fully accomplish my ministry.
Mapped calls: I drive a lot in service and as such I find it nice to look at all my calls at a glance while caring for my group (see MyTime)
Able to record NH for calls, search, filter and prioritize calls. Some calls seem to have more potential than others, would be great to “grade” in some way and maybe notifications could be adjusted based on the “grade” so they will not slip through the cracks.

I would happily pay for these features
