The best app for weight loss
I personally know JZ from the "Orange Theory" studio in Brentwood, where I work out. She has the best classes there, so when she mentioned her app, I knew it should be something really good. I was taking classes there for about three months and I did not see the results I expected. It was so frustrating because the workouts are very very intense.
I downloaded the app and what can I tell you, it just works!! After only a week of following her program I lost few pounds and I felt great. After few more weeks I reached my goal weight and I've been able to maintain it even through traveling and holiday times.
The app is really easy to follow, you just need to make sure you follow it and you'll see results!! So simple!!
JZ has a real life mission to help people lose weight, age gracefully and be overall healthier. She sees your success as her success and she is always available to answer questions and share her knowledge and experience. She is just amazing. I've been waiting for this app and just bought and couldn't wait to use it. It encourages you to incorporate three types of exercise into your routine- cardio, strength, and stretch. Not only does it track your progress but it also allows you to set goals and sets up a food plan. Mine is 5 meals a day with protein and veggies/fruit. I worked out this morning and just went to the market. When you enter your food choices in the meal section it tells you if you've hit your mark and suggests ways to make the rest of your day's selections better. There are even meal suggestions if you're stuck. I love how it educates you on better health and nutrition. It's not about counting calories. It's about better choices for your well being and fitness. The app is color coded for easy navigation and is super simple to use. Seeing your results is the best motivator for keeping up and improving your routine. Can't wait to see my results at the end of the week!
