Missing parts and horrible customer service
By the time the CS team got back to me, after reaching out through every possible channel, it had been a week and I was they didn’t exist and had replaced the parts myself out of my own pocket.
English is required !
Theres no english interface for people who do not speaks Hebrew ☹️
