Gone are the buy 3 get one free. Now you have two options. Unlimited ultimate washes for $39/month or unlimited advanced washes for $29/month. So unless you was your car more than 3 times a month, you loose. You also need to remember to pause it for winter.

I purchase the monthly Wash Club because I own a dog sitting business and my car tends to get dirty pretty often. I also have a three year-old grandson who thinks coming to the car wash absolutely the best thing ever! He never tires of it. The absolute best part for him however, is when we come they’re customer service is so unbelievably sweet and kind, that they’re willing to draw a smiley face on his window which he looks forward to every single time we come! Small little gestures like that make me a customer for life. Keep hitting the ball out of the park Kaady car wash!!!

I have been trying to contact support for a week now, I wanted to cancel my membership because I used it only 3 times last month. I asked them to cancel cause there is no option to on the app, and you CANNOT delete your card from it. So 2 days ago they "automatically" renewed my wash membership when I asked to cancel it and take my card off. Support will not and has not reached out to me. Great place to wash your car but whoever runs the app is a predatory scheme for consumers. Do not get the membership unless you wanna use it in the summer. And have your card stuck on the app forever

There is no way to cancel your membership. You contact them. Them don’t cancel it. They want your money. So if you want to cancel or change the date it comes out. You need to stop payment at the bank. They only care about screwing people over that want to use kaddy car wash. Even if you have been a loyal customer plan on stopping payments at your bank. This app needs so much work. Like deleting old accounts, deleting old cards, deleting old cars you no long have. And most of all. Staff that have some respect for customers!!!
