Currently i am facing some challenges and it gives me hopes . Its not like i dont believe in it since it does provide accurate information personalized to me . The thing is i never blindly believe in something so this is really good app for coffee reading because it gave me hope and motivation to keep going. I truly recommend it.

The app is no longer working properly. After I upload a of the coffee cup, I get a notification saying that the reading is complete. However, when I try to view the reading, it just shows a loading icon for a while and then nothing happens — the fortune doesn’t open at all.I’m not the only one experiencing this issue; my friends are having the same problem as well. I tried contacting the app support team, but there has been no response or action taken.Please fix this issue so I can update my rating. For now, I’ll leave only one star until it gets resolved.

Unfortunately, there isn’t a response when you try contacting them. And to watch an advertisement to get coins also does not work. You don’t receive coins. Maybe this review will help out in getting them to work on this… Update: I did receive a response on this thread, however contact is still not possible I have followed the instructions added but no responses. Also, why can’t we get coins anymore for watching an advertisement as advertised on the app? Update: sending a message to get a response time is not working, I have had messages sent many times over the span of 1-2 years. Also: collecting gold coins of you watch an advertisement doesn’t work.Update3: I still have not received a response from support after many attempts. They respond here but not on the app. I was charged for a Subscription but when going on it, it does not work. It states I need to get a subscription. It’s utterly frustrating. Kaave: please respond to support. I’ve sent many messages that have been unanswered but there’s an answer on here. Not fair.

I’m enjoying this app far more than I thought I ever would. It’s easy to use, some of the “fortunes” resonate with my situations and people in my life.On the down side, it’s expensive. On the up, you can obtain free credits in various ways. On the down side of this, there is a limit on the number of credits you can earn—about 50. On the upside, you can take pictures of your own coffee cup, on the down side, there aren’t enough grounds in a real cup you drink your self. Upside, you can use virtual cups, but you have to buy credits to for the virtual cups. I’ve never been able to use my own coffee cup because I prefer not to have a mouthful of coffee grounds at every sip. So far, I have not gotten the free 25 credits for rating this app. So, I’m adding this review to see if it helps the app “choose” to send me the 25 credits it promises.

I am a frequent user of the app and by the app updating you guys removed some features for those that read more and also took the wheel spinning for a chance as well as earning free coins only if i liked the Facebook page but it wouldn't refresh or give me the coin! The reading is okay but it's more forcing me purchase coins because you guys taking all the options and wouldn't even give me the option to pay less again for the coins like once I purchase it I can't purchase more coins unless I pay more is so uncomfortable! Please you guys need to update our options leaving us very limited to the point I will have to use the app less
