Could've been great

I loved the convenience of this app but 50%of the time it's not working . The extra fee is a bit irritating but I think I wouldn't have minded if a) it actually worked and b) it was at more parking garages. Feels like I'm paying for trying out a beta version with a ton of bugs.

Terrible / non-existent customer support

I had erroneous charges going off my account a few times a day. I am currently on holiday overseas. Despite multiple emails to the support center I have not had a single reply. There is no number I can call and charges continue to go off my account. Shocking service. I can’t trust my credit card being stored with this company.

Don’t get this

Use this app at Pavilion and Gateway. Pavilion has one boom gate in and one out that works. Gateway went in 3 times on one day and all 3 times the app did not work going in and out.
