I wonder why Kahrama , with all its abilities and financial strength, can’t build a professional team to take care of the application.
Failure in meter reading upload for electricity.
Same failure in water meter reading.
In general, the application is way below the expectations.
If I were a manager in Kahramaa, it will be a nightmare for the developers of this application.

Doesn’t accept email

The app does not accept email and error message I get is not relevant to the request. I enter my email and the error says this mobile number is not associated with the QID! It is an email not a mobile number, so I guess your team need to fix this error.
