Kale - Creator Rewards 12+

I just started using it a few and ago and have gotten money back on some videos. But what I find is there is no rhyme or reason. Sometimes the videos won't make anything for instance and it's kind of confusing WHY!!! I have cashed out and had no issues with that so that's cool. What all the sudden happened though is they said my account is flagged for removing a video I got paid for, when I for sure never did that nor would!! So I think there is more work that needs to be done on the app to make it run smoother!! Also better support would be nice!! I hope they can clear this up with my account because even if the videos aren't making a ton, I am enjoying trying, and learning how to make them better !! ( even though no feedback is happening from this app).

The only thing keeping this app from being great and 5 stars is if they would be completely upfront and honest on how they payout structure works. You email them and they tell you that you get paid based on creativity and the amount of views or engagement your post gets. That’s not what people are looking for. They have to be upfront and let everyone know, for example; Okay 10,000 views = $20 or etc.. they don’t tell you any of that. Pearpop and other apps at least tell you if you reach a certain milestone of views what the payout would be, this app does not. I have emailed support about their payout system and trying to figure out what really is the deciding factor because I have posted a few videos and one of them gets 80k views and i got $50 from it but my first video i did got 20k views and I got $250… So until they can actually be upfront and honest on how much you can actually make instead of saying “Creativity and engagement” then it’ll stay a 3 star app. Hopefully the company sees this review too and leaves a public reply so people can get an answer..
