They were enshrined as guardians of places essential to daily life and played a role in valuing the connection between people.
Nowadays, a smartphone is a key to our life and people’s relationship is

This application is based on the system of attracting and fulfilling one's desires through self-coaching, which is one of the customs of worshiping the altar of the gods.
You can do as follows with the Kamidana app.

You can choose from a variety of kamidana that you prefer.
* You can also choose one that does not depend on a particular belief.
** Osonae(offerings) exchange reminder
You won’t forget to exchange Osonae(offerings to a god) by reminder function.
** Today’s fortune
You can divine today’s fortune as it concerns love, job and money freely every day.
** Today’s witty remark
Witty remarks said by historical great persons and famous people are introduced.
We choose encouraging words that could change our life.
** The function of putting images to enshrine
If you touch the kamidana image, the page where you can put an image appears.
Of course, you can put a talisman and enshrine your important things on Kamidana.
** The function of moon-waiting faith
You can know the waxing and waning of the moon.
** The function of worship massage customize
You can change the message as you like when you exchange offerings.
Please set the message which you want to ask yourself in a new morning.
** The function of writing your wish on Ema (a votive horse tablet)
You can write your wishes on Ema (a votive horse tablet). Also, if you set the day when you want to achieve your wish, the remaining date will be shown on the Today widget.
** The function which the doll could bare your blame
Please release your daily annoying, evil passions, blame and sin, have a relaxing great day. This application let the words you wrote here go completely.

The Perfect Positive Habit Help!
This app is great for anyone that loves anime, Japanese culture, or is interested in Shinto. It's a nice way to easily journal the positives of each day and release the negative. It's a great way to explore Shinto without fear of making mistakes or having to buy into the sacred items in real life before you know if it's right for you. My only critique is that the translated phrases need a little polishing! I'd also love to see more information about the different Kamidana types in the app. Any extra guidance on Shinto practice in general would be greatly appreciated!
Simplistic with intrusive and inappropriate Ads
A few basic and yet somehow confusing controls and settings. Random full screen pop up ads after exchanging offerings or fortunes/“whitty remarks” <- (can we get a better phrase like “quote of the day”?). I thought Shinto was about cleansing the spirit and honoring the Kami, not a shameless money grab. No instructions or education piece of the app to talk about Shintoism. No connection with specific orgs or shrine types for issuing a type of digital ofuda or any type of real connection to the Kami.
The straw the broke the camel’s back for me was a banner ad for a christian association on my app. I can’t even pay to have the app completely ad free so I won’t be proselytized to by other religions! This is totally inappropriate and unacceptable. I’ve been using this app every day for years in spite of its simple interface and issues, but allowing adverts for other religions has killed this for me.

Need a little shrine or just want to make a wish? This app helps me think of small house shrines when I don’t have space or money to set one up. Plus, the “back of office” mascot is cute!
