you will need extreme patience and luck to get this app to sync properly with your pump. i have the x1 pro 2 and havent been successful getting it to sync even after isolating my internet wifi to a discrete 2.4 ghz channel.

i reached out to the us distributor, coralvue, but doubt they will be able to help . ive checked many other reefing forums and it appears others are having issues maybe you will be the lucky 10% that can get it to work - as of now, i have a 1lb paper weight that doesnt dose

Bought this pump but then saw the terrible app reviews when I went to download the app and thought “oh this could be a problem“.

But the app found and configured the device for Wi-Fi quickly and perfectly the first time, and all the device controls are clear-cut and work well after about a week of testing.

So for anyone else who just bought this pump, I think you’ll be OK.

At first I had no issues with this pump and liked it. Since the update two weeks ago I noticed swings in my alkalinity. Found out my pump disconnected from my phone and now I no longer have the capability to titrate it as I cannot connect it and will have to manually dose until I get a new DIFFERENT BRAND pump. I’ve lost a very large stylophora colony, a plate coral, and losing a prized favia colony because of this among numerous other small frags. Very very upset.
