This app really only needs a couple basic functions. Stable wifi connection and automated dosing. The automated dosing works great. The connection stability is trash making the other part irrelevant. I’ve purchased 2 units, one failed to connect all together. The other worked for a month no issues now randomly drops connection and doesn’t send notifications when this happens. There’s no simple reconnect function and I have to delete the device and start over. You should really consider adding in alerts when the connection is lost at least. Super annoying. Please fix this app or I’ll be ditching kamoer moving forward.

you will need extreme patience and luck to get this app to sync properly with your pump. i have the x1 pro 2 and havent been successful getting it to sync even after isolating my internet wifi to a discrete 2.4 ghz channel.

i reached out to the us distributor, coralvue, but doubt they will be able to help . ive checked many other reefing forums and it appears others are having issues maybe you will be the lucky 10% that can get it to work - as of now, i have a 1lb paper weight that doesnt dose

Bought this pump but then saw the terrible app reviews when I went to download the app and thought “oh this could be a problem“.

But the app found and configured the device for Wi-Fi quickly and perfectly the first time, and all the device controls are clear-cut and work well after about a week of testing.

So for anyone else who just bought this pump, I think you’ll be OK.
