A Shoppers Best Friend!

Coming from a person who does a TON of online shopping, I can honestly say that Shoptagr is a shoppers best friend for many reasons. I love how simple it is to save any item to Shoptagr with one click. I love that I can find all of my items (usually clothing) in one place on Shoptagr. The app is also very well organized. No longer do I have to sit with dozens of tabs open on my phone or computer with items that I’m currently waiting to come back in stock or go on sale. Especially with the Holidays around the corner, its very helpful to be notified when prices drop and on top of that, Shoptagr is a total time and money saver as it automatically tests coupons at checkout guaranteeing the best price. What more can I say!💖

I love this app, so I have some thoughts on what could make it even better :) Price tracking is so nice! But I wish it could track for longer or since you added the product to begin with. Right now it just tracks for 30 days. It can be annoying when some stores aren’t supported and it would be nice if there was a function to still add products even if the store isn’t in the Karma coupon system. Sometimes the sizes/colors doesn’t work right for clothes I am adding. Alerts don’t always work for when items go on sale. Or if the item is always on sale there’s not really an alert to tell you if the price decreased since the product was added to the app. For example if an item was already on sale when you added it and then it decreased further in price there’s no notification. I think I liked the old name Shoptagr better, Karma just doesn’t stick right and there’s too many things with that name already. I don’t use the coupon function which is similar to how Honey works. Just tracking the items and having a wishlist is what I use it for and it works great for that!

I’ve had this app for over a year and I’ve done nothing but worship and praise it to everyone I know. I use this app daily to categorize all shopping lists and for save-later items. Over the past month, I’ve had this issue consistently where the photo thumb on the left side, displaying the item you have saved, is glitched and it’s a photo for an item you may have saved, thumbed throughout 20 or so other photos. I thought the first 10 times that maybe If I let the app load, redownload it or even checking for app updates being the reason, but it’s been a consistent issue unallowing you to see the photos for the items you have saved due to this glitch. Please fix it. I’d really hate to delete this app and resort to the old ways of saving stuff to my notes but I cannot even use the app anymore due to this glitch, so what’s the point of keeping it. Like I said, I have been very diligent in using this app and sharing it with everyone, but this is extremely disappointing considering it’s suppose to be a reliable app. Also, sometimes when you click the product for redirection to the exact posting, it just says error occurred and doesn’t load so you cannot even try to purchase whatever you have saved through the app, which in my opinion is the whole reason for saving the product.

Cool App But Has Issues

I really love the idea of this app BUT it keeps saving things I never asked it too. Like, I’ll save a shoe with a specific colorway but when I look through the app I either won’t see the shoe at all or I’ll see the shoe what saved was a colorway I didn’t ask to save. And even after deleting it from the app and saving it again, it does the same thing. Even changing the colorway back to what I wanted in the app doesn’t help. It still ends up saving the colorway I didn’t want & the photo matches the colorway I didn’t want rather than the one I did want. Another issue is that is sometimes causes my screen to freeze after saving a few stuff so I have to close my window and reopen it to unfreeze. But of course, after a bit more saving it freezes again. I’ve also noticed the app’s Been savings things I never asked it to. (When are you guys fixing this problem cause I’ve a few other reviews talking about the same thing and they posted their review months ago???)I’ve only been using it for a couple days btw.
