* We strongly recommend keeping the KATANA Safety app running in the background to ensure your alerts dispatch as quickly as possible and provide the best location accuracy.
* Bluetooth must be enabled and on to connect the app with your KATANA Safety Arc or Wallet
* Location services must be set to Always Allow. This is vital for accuracy. Your location is only used or recorded in the event of an alert.
* An active data plan or Wi-Fi connection is required

Daughter starting college

My daughter is a freshman in college this year. We provided her with the Katana safety wallet to stay connected plus have a great sense of security in a new town. She and her friend used the walk with me feature the other night after the football game while walking back to her dorm. She over the extra sense of security. I will also note she loves the wallet to keep her ID and credit card while out.

So glad to have a product like this as I have been looking for something not only for my daughter and wife but for the couple of female employees I have that travel a bit for our office. Highly recommend the support team as their response and assistance has been first rate.

This app does it job VERY PROMPTLY
